Minimum requirements to apply for a rental include:
Application Fee $100 (non refundable) per applicant and must completed by all occupants over the age of 18.
If Minimum qualifications not met owner to approve and security deposit will be higher.
Security deposits are Rent Amount + $300, Pet Deposit $500/pet.
Once the application is approved, Disclosures, draft lease and misc. papers will be sent for review and appointment (via phone/zoom/personal) scheduled with Property Manager to summarize and answer any questions.
This appointment must be scheduled & completed w/in 2 days.
Once the appointment is completed, all paperwork will be sent for e signatures.
Must be signed, and security deposit paid w/in 2 days or we will move on to backup application/s.
