We have used Shannon's firm before to sell my mother-in-law's house. It was a probate sale and that alone puts the seller at a disadvantage. Shannon and our agent Madison not only had the patience to see the sale through, but also got our asking price! This was several years ago before the market took off. We engaged Shannon and Reflections Realty again, but now to buy a house. We got a preapproved loan that should have made our search for a home easier, but in todays real estate market there were few in our price range. We finely found a house in the neighborhood we wanted to live, and a price we could afford. However, the seller after signing the contract to sell, shortly after attempted everything they could to halt the sale. Throwing up roadblocks and slow playing the process. Shannon and our agent Chrissy road roughshod over each attempt. It was a stressful time four our family, and whenever we had questions or just needing to be reassured, Shannon and Chrissy were always there for us.
